History Comes Alive!

website25208

On Tuesday, May 28th, our talented 7th and 8th graders showcased their final oration speeches of the year, with a powerful theme: World War II. From portraying Holocaust survivors through diary excerpts to embodying military generals rallying troops before D-Day, our students brought history to life with emotional and realistic portrayals.

In authentic period attire, they shone brightly and moved us all. Attendees included parents, grandparents, the 5th and 6th grade classes, Father Phil, and Principal Wheeler. Let's give a huge round of applause to these hardworking students!

Experiences like these enrich our classical Catholic education curriculum, preparing our students with the skills they need to succeed and to thoughtfully engage with history from all perspectives. We're proud of their dedication and the bright futures ahead of them!
