Game on!

Did someone say family game night?  7th/8th grade social studies students were challenged to create board games as their assessment project for the Early Middle Ages. They split into 7 groups, designing everything from the game board to the rules, questions, game pieces, and consequences. Today, they had a blast playing each other’s games and giving feedback during class. It was a fun, interactive way to test their knowledge of the Early Middle Ages unit! Game titles included: The Medieval Trail, Chutes et Scalas, A Knight’s Quest, Conquest, Germangi, Medieval Dice, and The Nobles’ Journey.  #MiddleAges #BoardGameChallenge #FunInTheClassroom #StJohnsCatholicSchool
