📢 Leadership, Service, and Faith at SJCS! 🇺🇸🙏
Today was all about Leadership at our school! Our Student Council members (grades 4-8) stepped up to plan engaging activities for our youngest students in PreK-3. They worked hard to develop lesson plans, materials lists, and connections to service leadership, creating hands-on experiences like:
🎨 Cupcake Collage
🧱 Lego Building Challenges
☁️ Cloud Dough Creations
🎭 Paper Bag Dramatics
Our students had a blast leading and learning together!
As we continued celebrating Catholic Schools Week, today’s theme was “Our Nation”—students proudly wore red, white, and blue to honor our country.
This afternoon, students in grades 4-8 gathered in the church for Adoration with Father Phil Tracy. It was a beautiful and reverent time for reflection, allowing students to pause, pray, and deepen their relationship with Jesus.
Stay tuned for tomorrow’s highlights featuring our Winter Carnival and a school-wide rosary! 🌟📿❄️
